Embracing a mission of connecting the world of Mining and Safety Science and Engineering, the International Committee for Mine Safety Science and Engineering (ICMSSE) is a not-for-profit organization supporting members from more than 15 countries and welcome every professional to join us.

Founded in 2018, ICMSSE provides information, tools, and resources vital to:

1.Advancing the science of mining safety engineering

2.Connecting academia and industry professionals

3.Accelerating mine safety engineering innovation

ICMSSE is in its embryonic stage and growing day by day, inspiring the mining and safety science professionals of today and tomorrow. ICMSSE cultivates a unique community

platform that encourages collaboration and thought leadership for the advancement of safety science around the world.

If you would like to become a member of ICMSSE, you will need to seek nomination from a member of ICMSSE by contacting him/her and attaching your CV.

The ICMSSE member will send the nomination to the ICMSSE Executive for review and consideration for approval.
