Zhenlei Li

Zhenlei Li is Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at University of Science and Technology Beijing. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the Pennsylvania State University. He has been awarded the International Outstanding Young Scholar Award, elected as Expert Member on the Revision of "Regulations for the Prevention and Control of Coal Mine Rock Burst", Member of the Professional Committee on Coal Mine Rock Burst, and Member of the Youth Editorial Board including International Journal of Mining Science and Technology, Journal of Coal Society, and Chinese Journal of Engineering. He has long been engaged in the field of rock burst mechanism, forecasting, early warning and control. He hosts 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 2 National Key R&D Program missions, 1 China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project; published 70 SCI/EI-indexed papers (including 30 JCR 1 papers), 2 books; authorized 3 US patents and 34 national invention patents; won 2 first class and 5 second class provincial/association level science and technology awards.
