Nan Li

Dr. Nan LI is a professor at State Key Laboratory of Coal Resources and Safe Mining, China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT). He was a visiting scholar at University of Science and Technology of China from 2016 to 2017. He conducted doctoral joint training research at Missouri University of Science and Technology (USA) From August 2011 to February 2013. He received his PhD from CUMT in June 2014. His research interests involve coal and rock dynamic disaster monitoring and warning, rock fracture microseismic and acoustic emission monitor theory and technology, hydraulic fracturing technology in underground coal mines.

Professor LI is awarded the Outstanding Youth Science Fund of Jiangsu Province. He took charge of more than 10 projects including three National Natural Science Foundation of China and one National Key Research and Development Program of China. Professor LI serves as the youth editorial board member of International Journal of Mining Science and Technology, Coal Engineering, Metal Mine. He serves as a reviewer for several journals including Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering, Journal of China Coal Society, etc. He has published more than 70 papers, and obtained more than 10 invention patents.
