Leiming Wang
Dr. Leiming Wang is the Professor of University of Science and Technology Beijing and engaged in the safe and green mining theory and method researches of metal mines. He was selected in Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program (MOHRSS, PRC), the Youth Talent Nurturing Program (BAST, PRC), etc. He is chief investigator of more than 20 research projects, including Deep Earth Probe and Mineral Resources Exploration National Science and Technology Major Project, National Natural Science Foundation (General Program, Youth Program), National Key Research and Development Program (Sub-Program), Beijing Natural Science Foundation (General Program); he has published more than 40 papers as the first author or corresponding author, authorized 28 patents, edited/co-edited 3 scientific books, and 1 Beijing excellent undergraduate textbook; he has won more than 20 scientific research awards, including the First Prize of Technological Invention (ME, PRC, Personal rank 2nd), the Second Prize for Natural Science (ME, PRC, Personal rank 2nd), the First Prize for Basic Research on Green Mines (ZGMIA, PRC, personal rank 1st), the Second Prize for Rare Earth Science and Technology (CSRE, PRC, Personal rank 2nd), and the National Outstanding Young Talent in Mining, Petroleum and Safety Field (personal rank 2nd); he also serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of Mine Excavation and Support Committee (CSRME, PRC), and editorial board member of some of academic journals, including "Green Mine", "Journal of Chemistry" and so on.
